Tuan Yuan Hotpot
Hitachino Sunbathing Owl
$7
Hitachino Nest "Sunbathing Owl" is a 5%–5.2% ABV citrus-forward, golden-colored ale, created as a collaboration between Japan's Kiuchi Brewery and the Philippines' Engkanto Brewery. It features a unique, fragrant flavor profile combining Filipino calamansi for a floral citrus zest with Japanese Sansho pepper for a subtle spice, utilizing Sorachi Ace, Ibuki, and Chinook hops.
